We ship across India from our fulfilment centre near Bengaluru, in recyclable paper packaging with carbon-neutral standard delivery.

Delivery options & costs

Standard delivery (3–5 business days): complimentary on orders over ₹999, otherwise ₹79.
Express delivery (1–2 business days in metros, 2–3 elsewhere): ₹149 on any order.
Orders placed before 2 pm IST on business days are dispatched the same day.

Where we deliver

We deliver to over 19,000 PIN codes across India via our partner network, VELORA EXPRESS. Use the delivery estimator in your bag to check your PIN code. We don't ship internationally yet.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking ID as soon as your order ships. Track any order from your account, or from the Track Order page using your order number.

Delays & failed deliveries

Weather, festivals and regional restrictions can occasionally cause delays. If a delivery attempt fails, our partner will try twice more before returning the parcel; we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at no charge.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000. Our delivery partners also accept UPI at the door.
