You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised (or, for COD, once dispatched).
Promotions & rewards
Promo codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Velora Circle points have no monetary value outside our store and expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Results vary between individuals; our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Always patch test new products.
Reviews & content
By submitting a review or photo, you grant us permission to display it on our site. We don't edit reviews, but we remove content that is abusive, off-topic or contains personal information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction.
